Room planning
A room name makes the list easier to use.
Group furniture by the area receiving it. Clear room names reduce the chance that a repeated model or finish is assigned to the wrong location during review.
Separate quantities from assumptions
Count the units required for the actual layout. Check the selling unit and whether components are included. Compare table bases with their intended tops, and verify seat and table heights from individual listings.
Copy, then inspect
Duplicate a room or an entire project list to start another specification. The new copy preserves the old details, so quantities, finishes, and notes need a fresh review for the next location. Save the changes before exporting a sheet.
Use the sheet for the furniture handoff
Room subtotals and configured lines help a colleague review the selection. The list does not establish the venue's legal capacity or replace a measured, professionally reviewed layout. Keep approved plans and receiving instructions with the wider project records.
