Materials & finishes
Record the option that was actually selected.
A useful specification includes more than a model number. Record the frame finish, seat material, surface choice, and any required dimensions offered for the product. Keep the options attached to that model.
Separate different configurations
If the same chair appears in two finishes, save it as two configured lines. Use room names to show where each belongs. A note can explain the selection, but it does not replace the required option fields.
Compare the reference and the specification
Verified finish thumbnails help identify chosen options. Main product photos are representative, and a similar color name on a different model is not proof of an exact match. Check the specifications for chairs, table tops, and outdoor furniture individually.
Keep a handoff copy
Save the project list before downloading its sheet. The file records the selected labels, available references, quantities, and saved prices. Material approval, care instructions, and current availability should be confirmed before a real order is finalized.
